1. Data Storage & Location

Our applications prioritize your data ownership. The way your data is stored depends on the features you choose to use:

  • Standard Mode (Default): For general usage, all your data (such as scores, notes, and settings) is stored locally on your device or in your personal Apple iCloud (if enabled). We (the developer) have no access to this data. It remains entirely under your control and subject to Apple's security standards.
  • Online/Member Mode (Optional): If an application supports account features and you choose to sign in, we utilize Google Firebase to securely store your data in the cloud, allowing you to sync data across devices.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information if it is technically necessary for online features:

  • If you do NOT sign in (Offline Mode): We do not collect any personal data.
  • If you sign in (Online Mode): We may collect the following to enable system functionality:
    • Account Info: Email address for authentication purposes.
    • App Data: Information you save within the app (e.g., test scores, usage history) to backup and sync to your other devices.

3. How We Use Your Information

For users who opt-in to online services, we use the collected data strictly to:

  • Authenticate your identity for secure access.
  • Facilitate data backup and restoration.
  • Analyze app stability and fix bugs (using anonymized data).

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only rely on two trusted infrastructure providers:

  • Apple iCloud: For user's personal data storage (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy).
  • Google Firebase: For secure cloud database and authentication (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).

3. การใช้งานข้อมูล

  • ยืนยันตัวตนในการเข้าใช้งานระบบอย่างปลอดภัย
  • อำนวยความสะดวกในการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) และกู้คืนข้อมูล
  • วิเคราะห์การทำงานของแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Fixes) โดยไม่ระบุตัวตน

4. การแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม

เราไม่มีนโยบายจำหน่าย จ่าย แจก หรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณแก่บุคคลภายนอก เราใช้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานจากผู้ให้บริการที่เชื่อถือได้เพียง 2 รายเท่านั้น:

  • Apple iCloud: สำหรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้ (อยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ Apple)
  • Google Firebase: สำหรับระบบฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์และการยืนยันตัวตน (อยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ Google)
